In efforts to manage the expected crowds and enhance devotee convenience, large LED screens will be erected in Ayodhya, as well as in designated holding and parking zones, streaming live footage from the temple's inner sanctum. Security personnel will maintain a constant presence within the temple premises and the Mela area, operating on a 24/7 basis. Continuous CCTV surveillance will cover the entire vicinity, aiding in monitoring devotee movement, managing traffic, and assessing crowd density, as outlined by the chief secretary.

Bhagwat highlighted the immense contributions made by individuals who dedicated themselves to the cause, stressing the concepts of 'tapasya' (penance/struggle) and 'samarpan' (dedication and sacrifices) that paved the way for this historic moment. He acknowledged the generous donations from people across the country, emphasizing the longstanding desire for a temple at the Ram Janmabhoomi, which spanned over 500 years.

A dedicated team of experts hailing from the Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) has already established a base in Ayodhya. Collaborating closely with scientists from the Indian Institute of Astrophysics in Bengaluru, they are meticulously preparing an optomechanical apparatus to be installed on the temple premises.
