Cong reaches out to Anand Sharma, sends Rajeev Shukla to resolve issues

State in charge Rajeev Shukla, who Sharma blamed, without taking his name, for ignoring him and leaving him out of party meetings, met party chief Sonia Gandhi on Monday evening and sources say he discussed affairs of the state and Sharma's resignation. Shukla later meet Sharma to iron out differences, which led to a new controversy in the party. After the meeting, he said: "As a state in charge of the party it is my responsibility to meet him as he is devoted to the party... there is no problem and issues will be sorted out."
Centre vs Delhi govt: Justice Chandrachud-led bench to hear issue of control of services

As advocate Shadan Farasat orally mentioned the matter before a bench headed by Chief Justice, he said he had constituted a bench led by Justice Chandrachud. On May 6, the Supreme Court referred to a constitution bench the power tussle between the Centre and the Delhi government, in connection with control over administrative services.
'Central agencies may arrest Sisodia, even me till Guj polls': Kejriwal

Addressing a press conference at party headquarter here, BJP's national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his DyCM Manish Sisodia have no answer to the questions raised by the BJP on the irregularities in the excise policy. SC stays HC order directing registration of FIR against Shahnawaz Hussain in 2018 rape case

A bench headed by Justice U.U. Lalit said Hussain prima facie makes out a case against high court order. "In further consideration there shall be a stay on further proceedings in connection with the criminal complaint dated 2018 before Saket courts, New Delhi...stay of further proceedings and also the effect and operation of the high court order under challenge," said the top court.
Manish Sisodia claims of getting 'message' from BJP

Though, the tweet did not refer to any particular event, it set off speculations since the Uttar Pradesh Minister had recently met BJP National President J.P. Nadda in New Delhi. The tweet comes at a time when the Uttar Pradesh BJP is waiting for a new state party President. "It appears from the tweet that Maurya has been shortlisted for the post and this is his way of telling his supporters," a party functionary said.
