MP Govt initiates action against Khargone rioters, Cong questions Kapil Mishra's visit
In a joint operation by the district administration and the police, several buildings were bulldozed in the Khargone city area where the incidents took place. Nearly half-a-dozen JCB machines (bulldozers) started demolishing the illegal buildings of rioters. The action came soon after CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a meeting with DGP Sudhir Kumar Saxena and other top bureaucrats including the chief secretary and the principal secretary of the state home department in Bhopal on Monday.
Five Deputy CMs in Jagan's new ministry
Amjad Basha and Narayana Swamy are the only ministers who retained the posts of Deputy Chief Ministers in the new Cabinet. Amjad Basha will look after the minority welfare department while Narayana Swamy will handle the excise portfolio. Other deputy CMs are Muthyala Naidu (Panchayat Raj and Rural Development), Kittu Satyanarayana (Endowments) and Rajanna Dora (Tribal Welfare).

Yogi assures action on grievances of people
