Kejriwal's Directive to AAP MLAs: Tackling Delhi's Issues Echoed from Tihar Jail by Wife Sunita

In a recent development, Sunita Kejriwal, the wife of Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is currently in custody, conveyed a message from her husband to AAP legislators and representatives. Through a concise video shared on various social media platforms, Sunita Kejriwal highlighted Arvind Kejriwal's concerns regarding the well-being of Delhi's residents and relayed his instructions to the AAP MLAs.

"CM Kejriwal has conveyed a message for all AAP MLAs. Despite my absence, it's imperative that the people of Delhi do not encounter any issues. Arvind Kejriwal emphasized the importance of addressing the concerns of Delhi residents comprehensively, extending beyond governmental departments. "The 2 crore residents of Delhi are my extended family. It's crucial that they do not endure any distress," she added, echoing Kejriwal's sentiments.

This marks the second occasion where Sunita Kejriwal has communicated Arvind Kejriwal's message through a video address. Concluding the message, Kejriwal offered a note of goodwill, "Bhagwan sab ka bhala karey, Jai Hind" (May god bless all, Jai Hind).

This announcement follows the release of AAP MP Sanjay Singh from custody after six months, pertaining to alleged money laundering charges in the Delhi excise policy case. Sanjay Singh affirmed on Wednesday that Arvind Kejriwal will not resign.

Arvind Kejriwal was apprehended by the ED on March 21 following an interrogation session lasting over two hours at his official residence in Delhi. Currently in judicial custody, the ED has labeled him as the "key conspirator" of the alleged excise scam, implicating other ministers of the Delhi government, AAP leaders, and additional individuals.
