For developed India, guarantee of accessible justice to all is important, Says PM Modi

Addressing the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations of Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur, Modi quoted from his Independence Day speech when he spoke about a 'secular civil code' which, according to him, the judiciary has been calling for since decades.

Taking the country close to realising a developed India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Sunday that easy and affordable justice for all is a must.

Addressing the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations of Rajasthan High Court in Jodhpur, Modi quoted from his Independence Day speech when he spoke about a 'secular civil code' which, according to him, the judiciary has been calling for since decades.

"Justice for all will be guaranteed when justice is simple, easy, and accessible to all, when we are moving forward with the dream of developed India. This is very much important," he said.

Its machinery is modernized because, he said, today's dreams of the people are very big.

"Innovation and modernisation of the system is equally important for providing justice for all," he added.
