Embrace CBI Probe Instead of Engaging in Blame Games if No Association Found : Sukesh Urges AAP

The complaint alleges that Kejriwal, AAP leader Satyendar Jain, and associates extorted money from Chandrashekhar under the guise of protection, accompanied by threats to withdraw his complaints against AAP members.

In response to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's recent statement regarding conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar and the CBI seeking an FIR and detailed investigation into a complaint, Chandrashekhar issued a fresh press statement through his counsel, Advocate Anant Malik.

The complaint alleges that Kejriwal, AAP leader Satyendar Jain, and associates extorted money from Chandrashekhar under the guise of protection, accompanied by threats to withdraw his complaints against AAP members. Currently in Jail No. 13, Mandoli, Chandrashekhar challenges Kejriwal to welcome the CBI investigation and proposes a one-on-one narco test to address any claims of association.

Chandrashekhar urged Kejriwal to refrain from blame games and public commentary, emphasizing that the judgment of his alleged criminal activities should be left to the law and the courts. He pointed out the irony of Kejriwal's associates being in jail for corruption and accused Kejriwal of being the main mastermind behind their actions.

Asserting the strength of his complaint, Chandrashekhar assured Kejriwal that all statements provided to the CBI would be substantiated with concrete evidence and chat records in his possession. He alleged that Kejriwal and Satyendar Jain attempted to silence him through threats and offers, even while Jain is on interim bail.

Anticipating that the CBI investigation would bring all facts to light, Chandrashekhar suggested that Kejriwal's alleged corruption would be exposed. He advised Kejriwal to stop blaming and act responsibly, claiming that no one would believe his story anymore. Chandrashekhar concluded by accusing Kejriwal of using his money for various purposes, from extortion to offering Rajya Sabha seats and furnishing his house.
