"I find myself unable to echo the anti-Sanatan rhetoric or perpetuate the vilification of wealth creators incessantly. Hence, I am stepping down from all party roles and relinquishing my primary membership," Vallabh stated. He had refrained from representing the party in television programs for months and hadn't convened any press conferences for an extended period.

In his resignation missive, Vallabh lamented, "Upon joining Congress, I believed it to be a venerable institution that respects youthful perspectives and intellectual discourse. However, lately, I've discerned a discordance in accommodating fresh ideologies among the youth." Vallabh criticized Congress for its detachment from grassroots realities, impeding its ability to comprehend the aspirations of contemporary India, thereby faltering both in electoral success and in providing effective opposition.

Moreover, he expressed dismay over the party's abstention from the Ram Mandir 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony in Ayodhya. "As a Hindu and an educator, I've found this stance deeply troubling. The party's silence on certain members' disparagement of Sanatan Dharma appears as tacit endorsement," Vallabh remarked.

Touching upon the contentious issue of caste census, Vallabh accused the party of veering off-course. "While advocating for caste census, we seem to be alienating the entire Hindu community. This misguided approach risks branding the party as sectarian, contravening its core principles," he asserted.

Vallabh further critiqued the party's stance on economic matters, perceiving it as consistently derogatory towards wealth creators and unsupportive of disinvestment initiatives across the nation. "I feel stifled by the party's economic narrative," he added.

In conclusion, Vallabh's resignation underscores a broader ideological rift within the Congress party, emphasizing the need for introspection and realignment with contemporary societal dynamics.
