BJP Mocks Congress for Including Thailand Picture in Manifesto

Critics, including BJP's IT-cell head Amit Malviya, wasted no time in lampooning the apparent mix-up. Malviya questioned whether the manifesto was meant to outline the party's vision for India or serve as a travel itinerary for Rahul Gandhi.

The recent unveiling of the Congress party's manifesto for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections has sparked a wave of mockery from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and online users alike. The reason? It appears that the manifesto contains images sourced from foreign locales, specifically Thailand and the Buffalo River in New York.

Critics, including BJP's IT-cell head Amit Malviya, wasted no time in lampooning the apparent mix-up. Malviya questioned whether the manifesto was meant to outline the party's vision for India or serve as a travel itinerary for Rahul Gandhi.

One of the pictures, depicting grasslands supposedly from Thailand, has been placed in the Environment section of the manifesto. Malviya couldn't resist a jab, suggesting it wouldn't be surprising if Rahul Gandhi jetted off to Thailand for another vacation post-election.

Adding fuel to the fire, BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi highlighted another blunder: the use of an image of the Buffalo River in New York under the water management section. Trivedi sarcastically quipped about the mystery behind the sourcing of these images and who was behind their inclusion in the manifesto.

The revelation of these inaccuracies hasn't just amused politicians but has also left netizens bewildered. Many are scratching their heads, wondering how images from foreign lands ended up in the Congress party's election document.
