Srinivas Varadhan.
Republic Day 2023: Indian Army to showcase only 'Made in India' weapons this year at R-Day parade

The parade, which marks the 74th Republic Day celebration, will feature a variety of indigenous weapon systems including the Akash air defence missiles, K-9 Vajra howitzers, MBT Arjun tanks, BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles, Nag anti-tank guided missiles, and Quick Reaction Fighting Vehicles.

ISRO's rocket to take OneWeb's 36 satellites to orbit in March

"The OneWeb satellites are slated for launch during the first or second week of March by our rocket," an official of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) told IANS preferring anonymity. Meanwhile, OneWeb on Wednesday said the 36 satellites are on their way to India.

The invitation from India's External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar, was reportedly sent through the Indian High Commission in Islamabad for Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, to visit Goa in the first week of May for the meeting. If Pakistan accepts the invite, it will be the first such visit in nearly 12 years.

This is his third visit to India since 2015. Egyptian President will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, including five ministers and senior officials, sources said. This is for the first time that a President of Egypt has been invited as the Republic Day ceremony's chief guest.
