Radha Vembu is the co-founder and product manager of Zoho Corporation, an Indian software development company. She has been named as the second richest self-made woman billionaire in India and 25th in World, according to the list of Hurun Richest Self-Made Women in the World 2022.
As of July 2022, her net worth is 26, 260 crore. Radha has secured fifth spot in the list of 'Leading Wealthy Women 2021’ report released by Kotak Private Banking and Hurun India.
According to the Hurun list, Radha Vembu is top in India, and second across the world, in the list of Biggest Risers.
Vembu, who keeps away herself from the limelight began her career with Zoho Corp-originally known as AdventInc-founded by her older brother Sridhar Vembu. In 2009 AdventInc merged with Zoho Corporations and since then their business grew.
Vembu is a product manager for email service Zoho Mail, and also the director of Corpus Foundation. She is also the owner of a majority stake in Zoho Corporation.
Under Vembu's leadership, Zoho was able to become one of the top five business email providers in the world, competing globally with Microsoft and Google.
Zoho Corporation has presence in seven locations with its global headquarters in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and corporate headquarters outside of Austin in Del Valle, Texas.
In 2020 Zoho launched a remote work tool kit called Zoho Remotely to help businesses to switch to work-from-home. As of 2022, the company announced it has more than 80 million users.
