Although she was physically far away from the country, Celina reiterated her strong support for the Indian Armed Forces and their tireless commitment to protecting the country.

In one of her tweets, Celina stood firm against cyber trolls who threatened to unfollow her for publicly endorsing India's Operation Sindoor. She stood her ground against her patriotic views, advising the trolls to unfollow her if they were offended by her views on terrorism.

On Friday, Celina used Instagram stories to share her feelings, writing, "To those who are unfollowing me or threatening me because I am speaking up for my country – read this carefully. I will never apologise for standing with my country. I will never remain quiet when innocent lives are lost in the name of terror."

She went on to explain, "I grieve every innocent life lost, no matter the borders. But I will never stand with those who glorify or justify violence. If my love for India offends you, if my voice against terrorism intimidates you, then unfollow me proudly. You were never meant to walk this path with me. I speak for peace. I stand for truth. And I stand with my soldiers always. They protect without asking your name or religion."

In a last statement, Celina further added, "So I will speak without fear or permission. To the trolls and threats: I see you. I forgive you. I rise above you. Jai Hind. Kumaon Regiment's Daughter."

Earlier, Celina had also posted a heartfelt Instagram message paying tribute to the valour and sacrifices of the Indian Armed Forces. She posted, "In Austria, but wide awake. Sleep seems like a luxury tonight since peace is being threatened back home. My restless heart is caught between time zones and headlines. I might be distant, but my spirit remains with India. To our brave Indian Armed Forces: Thank you for being the shield between us and chaos. Your bravery isn't just on the battlefield; it's in every silent sacrifice, every bitter night, every unwavering step you take to safeguard our country. We are here, safe and alive, because you stand unbroken."

Operation Sindoor, which Celina was referring to, was conducted in retaliation for the horrific terror attacks in Pahalgam in April that killed 26 individuals. During the operation, the Indian Armed Forces conducted missile strikes early on Wednesday targeting nine terrorist sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir. The Indian Army explained that these strikes were conducted with precision to prevent any unintended escalation and were targeted at terrorist locations, not Pakistani military installations.
