In a shocking revelation on 'Bigg Boss OTT 3', one of the contestants, Rapper Naezy, revealed that he has not ever dated anyone. Offstage, he is known as Naved Shaikh, and he revealed the personal detail while having a casual chat with one of the other contestants, Sana Makbul, in the forthcoming episode of the controversial reality series, which is being hosted by Anil Kapoor.
On asking the rapper about his love life, Naezy said, "Well, I never dated anyone. I was waiting for the girl to whom I can finally get married.".
Reflecting on his journey post-'Bigg Boss OTT 3', Naezy also shared his views regarding the chilling effect of the 2019 film 'Gully Boy', that was loosely based on Indian street rappers Divine and Naezy's life. The Zoya Akhtar-helmed movie showcased the story of Murad, an aspiring street rapper, from Mumbai's slums.
Naezy said he had mixed emotions over the film's depiction and went on to add, "The film had a more negative than positive impact on me. Although the makers kept clarifying that it was fiction, for the audience it became my story. Unrealistic comparisons and perception came in.
He also shared a harrowing experience during the making of the film when he was wrongly imprisoned on false charges. "Just in this time when a movie was being made of mine, I was working up my leverage. In that time, I vanished because I got picked up by cops. People who were shook of my rise from the system :-" Naezy revealed.
