Navjot Singh Sidhu is returning to the third season of The Great Indian Kapil Show with a much-awaited return. The makers of the show recently announced that the ex-cricketer and TV personality will be returning to the popular comedy show again, much to the amusement of viewers.
Sharing his feelings on returning to the team, Sidhu commented, "Returning to The Great Indian Kapil Show is like returning home again. It is a home run for me. We heard the people's voice, so many fans and well wishers who enjoyed our interaction and wanted more. I'm thrilled that Netflix has been able to reunite this bouquet of lovely people and we will flourish this season for viewers across the globe."
He also added in his inimitable poetic style, "A smile doesn't cost you a cent, but it is worth millions of dollars and The Great Indian Kapil show is an instrument of god's goodwill to bring happiness to mankind - honoured to be part of it again."
Sidhu also recited a soulful verse: "Guru, humne milkar yeh aashiyana sajaya hai, Guzra zamana phir se lautke aaya hai! Main yu hi nahi pohuncha hoon yahaan par dobara, Mujhe kheench kar janta ka pyaar laaya hai!"
This year, Sidhu will again be part of the stage with Archana Puran Singh sitting alongside the current "queen of laughter." At the beginning of last month, Netflix and Kapil Sharma teased viewers with the trailer, "Har Funnyvaar Badhega Humara Parivaar"—suggesting an expanding family of humor.
Speaking on Sidhu's comeback, Kapil Sharma said: "Har funnyvaar growing up, Humne promised that Sidhu paaji will be part of the family, along with Archana ji, to share all the chutkules, the shayaris and masti. The atmosphere is charged, so tune in because this season jokes aur laughter dono ho gayein hain triple!"

A part of the entertaining roster for Season 3 are fan favorites Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and Kiku Sharda. The Great Indian Kapil Show returns with new episodes from June 21, only on Netflix.
