Jennifer Lopez spent US Independence Day in New York City with her friends and opted for a day out that was separate from her husband Ben Affleck. fresh from her trip to Europe from Los Angeles, the multi-talented 54-year-old was spotted in the Hamptons buying plants with her manager, People magazine reported. The new bride donned her wedding ring as she stepped out during the trip and toted the same chic Dior tote she showed off while out on the water in Italy previously.
Meanwhile, 51-year-old Affleck was seen out for dinner in Los Angeles with two of his kids on July 3, Daily Mail photos show. He was also wearing his wedding ring in the sighting. Affleck has three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12. Lopez also has 16-year-old twins Emme and Max with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Recently, Lopez posted an Instagram video of her leaving with Emme, heading presumably to the Hamptons in a jeep. A destination that is very famous for playing host to Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin's annual Independence Day celebration, which Lopez and Affleck both attended last year. Last year, Lopez donned a beautiful white, full-length dress that really accentuated her toned and ripped abs, while Affleck hung back in a casual white T-shirt and jeans. Also present at the event was Affleck's daughter, Violet.
Aside from her trips, Lopez has been keeping herself busy with different movies she has been working on and producing jobs. Sources close to the couple have reported that both Jennifer and her husband are quite excited to do their own thing this summer.
