'Hera Pheri 3' Starring Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal Announced

The much-awaited Hera Pheri 3 has officially been confirmed! Director Priyadarshan made the exciting announcement on his birthday, January 30, 2025.

The director took to social media to thank Akshay Kumar for his birthday wishes, and in return, Priyadarshan announced that he is ready to work on Hera Pheri 3, asking if Akshay, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal were ready to join him for the next chapter in the iconic franchise.

Akshay Kumar was thrilled with the announcement, calling it the best birthday gift. He shared his excitement on Instagram, writing, "Sir!!! Your birthday and I got the best gift of my life. Chalo karte hain phir thodi Hera Pheri 3."

The Hera Pheri series, known for its unforgettable comic moments and stellar performances, has fans eagerly awaiting this third installment following the success of the first two films. Akshay Kumar also celebrated Priyadarshan's birthday with a heartfelt post, reminiscing about their time together and praising the director for his ability to make chaos look like a masterpiece.

In addition to this, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan are collaborating on another project titled Bhooth Bangla, a horror-comedy. Akshay shared a behind-the-scenes photo from the film, where he's seen laughing with Priyadarshan.

Bhooth Bangla, which marks the director’s comeback with Paresh Rawal, will also feature Wamiqa Gabbi, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, and Govardhan Asrani. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, the film is slated for release on April 2, 2026.
