The movie has been envisaged, according to an official press release, as a "grand celebration" of Singh's illustrious journey as a cricketer, his historic six sixes in the 2007 T20 World Cup, his brave struggle against cancer, and his marvelous comeback into cricket in 2012.

Singh mentioned that he is deeply honored to think of his recognition going global, stating, "Cricket is my ultimate love that has only strengthened my being through all the highs and lows." He added, "I hope this film inspires others to overcome their own challenges and pursue their dreams with unwavering passion.

During his career, Singh played 40 Test matches, scoring 1,900 runs and nine wickets in the process. However, his dominance was most evident in limited-overs cricket, where he scored 8,701 runs and claimed 111 wickets in 304 ODIs.
