ICAI CA Foundation December 2022: Result to be announced on 3rd Feb | Here’s how to check results
after the results are out the students can check it on the official website of ICAI – icai.org. The announcement was made at their official twitter handle. The Central Council Member (CCM) of ICAI, Dhiraj Khandelwal, had earlier said that the results for the foundation December 2022 exams would be released on 4th of February.
Rs 4K cr for 14,500 PM SHRI Schools, 20 lakh students to benefit
Under this scheme, there is a provision of setting up more than 14,500 PM SHRI Schools (PM Schools for Rising India) by strengthening the existing schools from amongst schools managed by the Central government, state, UT government and local bodies. According to the ministry of education, the duration of the scheme is proposed to be from 2022-23 to 2026-27.

Presenting the Union Budget for FY24, the minister said that the aim is to fully realise the mission of 'Make AI in India'. "For realising the vision of 'Make AI in India' and 'Make AI Work for India', three Centres of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence will be set up in top educational institutions," she informed.
Enrollment in higher education increased to nearly 4.14cr in 2020-21
Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Rajasthan are the top six states in terms of number of students enrolled. Enrollment has increased in 2020-21 compared to 2014-15 in the specialised universities relating to defence, sanskrit, biotechnology, forensics, design, sports etc.
UK mulls allowing foreign students to work for longer hours
Presently, foreign students in the UK, who number around 6,80,000, are allowed to work for a maximum of 20 hours a week during term time. However, discussions have begun within the government to raise this cap to 30 hours or remove it entirely in a bid to boost its economy, The Times reported. International students made up 476,000 of the 1.1 million migrants who arrived in the country last year.
Germany faces biggest teacher shortage in 50 yrs: Association
The problem is largely "self-made," association president Heinz-Peter Meidinger told the Rheinische Post newspaper on Friday. The number of new teachers has been continually declining in recent decades, Xinhua news agency reported. There are currently 12,000 vacant teaching positions in Germany, according to a survey among the state ministries of education and cultural affairs, conducted by Redaktionsnetzwerk Deutschland (RND).
AMU orders probe into religious slogans on R-Day
