The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), on Tuesday started the revaluation process. Candidates who are not satisfied with their score can apply for revaluation on the official website — cbse.gov.in.
Class 10th and 12th students can apply for revaluation till 11:59 pm on July 28, 2022. Students will be charged Rs. 500 per subject.
From August 8 till 11:59 pm of August 9, students will get the time to apply for obtaining a photocopy of answer sheets and they will be charged Rs 500 per answer sheet.
CBSE Result 2022 Revaluation begins: Here's how to apply
Step 1: Go to the official CBSE website — cbse.gov.in.
Step 2: Now click on the designated link for revaluation.
Step 3: Students are required to apply for verification of marks (totaling of the score). The CBSE will check the answer sheets once again for any totaling errors and then report back to the student with the revised (or same) result.
Step 4: If students are satisfied with the outcome, they can stop and can obtain the photocopies of their answer sheets.
Step 5: After processing the photocopy request, the Board will send the online version of the photocopy of the requested answer sheet(s) to the candidate.
Step 6: Subsequently the candidate will have the chance to apply for revaluation of specific questions.
Step 6: Based on the response, the CBSE will recheck the objection raised by the student and revert with updated result.
The CBSE board released the final results for 10th and 12th exams on July 22.
