US Firm Secures Agreement to Develop Resort in Ayodhya

Ramesh Nanguranuri, the owner of the American real estate company and a native of Hyderabad, has entered into an agreement with the UP Tourism department to build the resort in Ayodhya.

The Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department has inked a deal with American firm M/s Anjali Investment LLC for the development of a 100-room resort in Ayodhya. State Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh revealed that the surge in devotees and tourists following the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya has prompted the government to enhance facilities for visitors.

Land has already been identified for this purpose, and Singh highlighted the tourism department's investor-friendly policies, making it an attractive proposition for businesses.

The minister emphasized the ongoing efforts to accommodate the growing number of foreign tourists, especially with the significant influx anticipated after the inauguration of the Ram Temple. As part of the state government's post-temple inauguration initiatives, there is a push for investments in hotels and resorts to provide improved facilities for tourists.

Tourism director Prakhar Mishra echoed this sentiment, stating that the construction of hotels and resorts will contribute to enhancing the overall experience for tourists and devotees visiting the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya. This strategic collaboration aims to cater to the rising demand for accommodation in the wake of increased interest in Ayodhya as a pilgrimage and tourist destination.
