Reliance Plans Special Puja Across Premises in Temples Celebration

Reliance ensured a spiritual atmosphere across its offices by holding special pujas at the temples on their premises

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) is going above and beyond to commemorate the grand Ram Temple consecration ceremony on Monday, conducting special pujas at temples within all its offices. The conglomerate, led by Mukesh Ambani, marked the occasion with personal presence at Ayodhya and organized various events and services.

Reliance ensured a spiritual atmosphere across its offices by holding special pujas at the temples on their premises. This initiative extended to multiple locations including Mumbai, Jamnagar, Dahej, Nagothane, Hazira, Silvassa, Halol, Hoshiarpur, Nagpur, Shahdol, Kakinada, and more.

Moreover, Reliance Jio and Reliance Retail introduced special services for the benefit of devotees and pilgrims. JioTV, JioTV+, and JioNews collaborated with Doordarshan to telecast the 'Pran Pratishta' ceremony live, with real-time updates. Mukesh Ambani's family was personally present at Ayodhya to witness the event.

Reliance Retail set up kiosks offering water to visitors and commuters at crucial locations in Ayodhya. The Smart Bazaar and Smart Point stores distributed diyas to visitors, and tea was served to pilgrims/devotees at kiosks located outside the stores in the city. Murals adorned the main path, enhancing the festive ambiance.

JioTV and JioNews also featured expert comments and analyses, offering viewers unique insights into the historical and cultural significance of the Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha.

In terms of infrastructure, Jio upgraded its True4G and Standalone 5G networks in Ayodhya, setting up additional towers across the city for seamless network connectivity. Multiple Cells on Wheels (CoWs) were strategically placed for ubiquitous connectivity, and charging stations were established along key paths for visitors to charge their devices continuously.

Reliance also declared a holiday for its over four lakh employees, allowing them to participate in the celebration of this historic event. The conglomerate's proactive measures and contributions to the significant day showcase its commitment to both cultural and community engagements.
