The Brand Guardianship Index was unveiled in Davos during the World Economic Forum, with Brand Finance emphasizing the celebration of CEOs who balance commercial success, long-term brand building, and personal reputation management. This index aims to recognize CEOs as brand guardians who forge collaborative partnerships for a sustainable future, redefining the CEO role from a competitive entrepreneur to a collaborative diplomat.

The Brand Guardianship Index factors in 'Equity' for current perceptions, 'Performance' for tangible results, and 'Investment' for future support. The rankings are based on a survey of 1,000 market analysts and journalists, two stakeholder groups with influential views on CEOs' reputation. Ambani's recognition reflects his standing as a global business leader committed to positive change and sustainable business practices.
