Russia and Europe are not likely to restore their ties, the Kremlin claims

Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, on Friday said that this historical link between Russia and Europe cannot be restored due to the current situation. He said, in noticeable reluctance, especially on Russia's end, that Moscow will consider past relations while forming new ties with European countries, as reported by Xinhua news agency.
