Fallen Indian soldiers' children to be sponsored for study in Canada

The Toronto-based Canada-India Foundation (CIF) raised over C$100,000 for this purpose at its Charity Golf Tournament here last week. "This golf tournament is our new initiative to support the families of fallen Indian soldiers. We will support the children of these families to get higher education in Canada as well as India. We will pay all their expenses," said CIF chairman Satish Thakkar.
Taliban accuse the US of intentionally destroying equipment at the airport
