Ukraine labs working on agents of plague, anthrax as part of US-led biological programme: Russia

More than 30 laboratories in Ukraines Lvov, Kharkiv and Poltava have been working with dangerous infectious agents as part of the US-led military biological programme. This was stated by Igor Kirillov, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops of the Russian Armed Forces. Kirillov added that the customer of the ongoing work is the Defense Threat Reduction Office (DTRA).

Third round of Russia-Ukraine talks end with no significant results

The Russian armed forces announced a ceasefire and the opening of humanitarian corridors in four Ukrainian cities starting 10 a.m. (Moscow time) on Monday, according to the Russian Defence Ministry. Taking into account the "catastrophic humanitarian situation and its sharp aggravation in Kiev, Kharkov, Sumy and Mariupol", the decision was made at the personal request of French President Emmanuel Macron to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the ministry said in a statement, Xinhua news agency reported.
Hungarian govt allows deployment of NATO troops

The Hungarian government on Monday issued a decree allowing NATO troops to be deployed in western Hungary, and weapons shipments to cross its territory by land or by air to other NATO member states. However, the decree signed by Prime Minister Viktor Orban and published in the official gazette on Monday forbids transit of "lethal weapons" across Hungary to Ukraine, Xinhua news agency reported.
