In a telephonic conversation with his Russian counterpart, Erdogan said western countries’ silence was exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and that civilians were constantly being killed, Guardian reported.

The clip began circulating online before reports emerged claiming the President had suffered a heart attack and had to receive intensive care, Express UK reported.

The Express UK report said that a Telegram Channel believed to be run by a former Kremlin insider reported that incident saying the Russian leader was found by guards on the floor of the bedroom "lying on the floor, rolling his eyes".

According to Putin, the dominance of the American currency has to end, which is already happening, while the US authorities are “shooting themselves in the foot”, RT reported.

Addressing the plenary session of the Valdai Discussion Club in Sochi on Thursday, Putin stressed the necessity to build an open, interconnected and diversified world where imposing rules on other countries should be prohibited.
