UP: Anti-India activities run from Noida, Indian SIMs sent to China from mobile scrap factory
Taking swift action in this case during the last two months, the STF team arrested nearly 15 people, which included seven from China, one Tibetan national and seven Indian nationals. All of the 15 accused had organised various criminal activities from Noida in Uttar Pradesh as their base.
'Hanuman' dies on stage during Ramlila performance in UP
Ram Swaroop, suffered a heart attack during his performance and died on Saturday night. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media. "During Ramlila's presentation, soon after the tail of Hanuman was set afire, Ram Swaroop, who was playing the character, slumped to the ground and died within a minute.

The police, in the FIR, has accused the man of being involved in anti-national activities, including provoking Muslims against Hindus and targeting members of Hindu community through terror activities. The arrested accused Mohd Zaid is said to be the active member of Tabligi Jamaat of Markaz Nizamuddin and an alumnus of famous Islamic seminary Nadwa.
UP revises timings of all madrasas
According to the new time table, the students will attend classes in the madrasas from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., which is an hour more. Teachers and staff will also be on duty for at least six hours. "The madrasa student should not feel inferior when he is moving in the society. He must have good general knowledge, besides knowledge of math, science, English and Hindi along with religious subjects. We want to produce perfect students who can contribute to the development of the country," Javed said.

Krishna Janmabhoomi petitioners buoyed by Varanasi verdict
The Varanasi district court ruled that the case was maintainable in the court of law and rejected the application moved by the Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee that the Places of Worship Act (Special Provisions) 1991 is applicable in this case.
Plea filed in Mathura for removal of another mosque
The petitioner has claimed that the mosque was built on a part of the Thakur Keshav Dev Ji temple, on the east side of the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi complex. The suit has been filed by Dinesh Sharma, national treasurer of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM), as a devotee of Lord Krishna and as his 'Vaad Mitra' (friend of the suit).
Construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya to cost Rs 1,800 crore
Champat Rai, general secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, told reporters that this was a revised estimate. He said this after a meeting of the trust on Sunday evening. The Trust also finalised its rules and regulations in the meeting that was presided over by Nripendra Misra, chairman of the Ram temple construction committee.
Noida woman, seen misbehaving with guard in viral video, arrested
According to an official, the police took cognisance of the video, in which Bhavya Rai can be seen misbehaving with the security guard in JP Wishtown Society, under Sector-126 police station, and registered a case against her under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). In the 2-minute-long video, Roy, who seemed intoxicated, is seen holding the guard's hand and hurling abuses at him while the latter is pleading with her.

Tricolour to fly atop temples in Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura
Around 8,000 temples in Ayodhya, including the makeshift Ram Janmabhoomi shrine, the Hanuman Garhi temple, Kanak Bhavan and the various mutts will hoist the national flag this Independence Day. Around 20,000 sadhus living in temples across Ayodhya will also take part in this campaign with the Hanuman Garhi temple taking the lead. Mahant Raju Das, priest of the Hanuman Garhi temple, said, "We have given the slogan Har Mandir Tiranga. All temples and maths in Ayodhya will unfurl the Tricolour. The tricolour will also fly at Hanuman Garhi."
