Prime Minister Modi is also scheduled to address the closing ceremony of Centenary celebrations of Bihar Legislative Assembly in Patna at 6 p.m. As a key step to provide direct connectivity to Baba Baidyanath Dham, the Prime Minister will inaugurate the Deoghar Airport which has been constructed at an estimated cost of around Rs 400 crore.

Speaking at the inaugural session of the three-day Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam here, he said that the fundamental objective of the national education Policy (NEP) was to bring education out of the narrow thought process and integrate it with the thoughts and ideas of the future. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the Akshay Patra mid day meal kitchen at LT College, Varanasi, which has a capacity of cooking mid day meals for around one lakh students daily. He will visit the International Cooperation and Convention Centre -Rudraksh, where he will inaugurate the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam on implementation of the National Education Policy. He will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of multiple projects worth over Rs 1800 crores.

"Our new India should be the India of their dreams. An India - in which the poor, farmers, labourers, backward, tribals all have equal opportunities," he said while addressing a public meeting here to launch the 125th birth anniversary celebration of legendary freedom fighter Alluri Sitarama Raju.

Addressing a massive public meeting at Parade Grounds, he exuded confidence that the BJP will come to power in Telangana. He, however, surprisingly avoided criticizing KCR or his government. As the public meeting was held a day after KCR launched a bitter attack on Modi and dared him to answer his questions, it was expected that the Prime Minister would give a strong counter.

The Prime Minister said this while addressing the concluding session of the two-day BJP National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting here. Sharing the details of the Prime Minister's address, former union minister and senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said: "Prime Minister Modi today outlined the evolution of BJP over the years, what is our obligation towards the country, what duty we owe to the people of the country."

It is learnt that in his address Prime Minister Modi spoke about ruling alliance's Presidential candidate Murmu. Sources said that Prime Minister Modi also told the BJP National Executive Committee members that it was indeed an honour for India to get its first tribal woman president if Murmu is elected in the coming days, adding that her candidature stands over and above any politics. Sources said the Prime Minister spoke very highly of NDA's Presidential candidate and talked about her humble beginning and struggle throughout her life.
