So I come on the call, and it's Kevin Feige and all the producers and directors. But I didn't even notice them because I am obsessed with Kevin Feige and Marvel. Kevin said, 'it's unanimous, we want you to be Ms Marvel, and I just went into complete shock."

'Variety' further states that the casting of the film is yet to be finalised. According to 'Variety', the Taika Waititi-directed Marvel film is the sequel to 2017's 'Thor: Ragnarok' and marks Thor's return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe following 'Avengers: Endgame' in 2019. Starring Chris Hemsworth in the title role, it also features Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Chris Pratt as Star-Lord, Waititi as Korg and Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, in her first appearance in the MCU since 2013's 'Thor: The Dark World'.

According to 'Variety', in the film, Theron appears in full sorcerer regalia while Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) is walking down the street. She tells him that his multiverse hopping actions from the film have caused an "incursion" between universes, which, as it sounds, was not a good thing.
