A team of CBI officials reached Sandesh block -- a native place of Agiao RJD MLA Kiran Yadav -- this morning and launched a search which is still on. Kiran's husband Arun Yadav, also a former RJD MLA from Sandesh Assembly constituency, is a known sand trader.

After siblings Misa Yadav and Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, Ragini was summoned to join investigation on Wednesday. She had reached the ED's headquarters at around 11 a.m. and left it at around 7.30 p.m. On Tuesday, Tejashwi Yadav was questioned for about eight hours in the matter.

Tejashwi reached the CBI headquarters in the national capital at around 10.40 a.m. He had earlier skipped three CBI summons. Before this, he was called to join the probe on March 4, 11 and 14. The last time he did not join the probe was due to his wife's health issues. The agency had recently grilled Tejashwi Yadav's mother.

The family appeared before Special Judge Geetanjali Goel around 11 a.m. The 74-year-old former railway minister reached the court on a wheelchair around 10 a.m. A huge number of RJD supporters gathered outside the court as Lalu appeared in the land-for-job scam case. During the hearing, the Judge Goel noted that the CBI had filed its charge sheet without arrest.
