The film has been directed by Karan Johar, who is returning to direction 7 years after his last film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'. Karan, who celebrates his birthday on Thursday, shared the looks of the star cast including veteran actors Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.

Karan's clarification comes after a media report surfaced stating that Siddhant and Tripti will be seen starring as lead in 'Dhadak 2'. The filmmaker took to Instagram Stories and denied the news related to 'Dhadak 2'. He wrote, "To put this on the record and for all concerned we (Dharma Productions) are NOT making a film with the title.

An old video clip went viral on social media, and a slew of personalities including filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri, Kangana Ranaut and others reacted to it. Taking to his Instagram stories, Karan shared a Hindi poem changing some words for the situation. "Laga lo ilzaam, hum jhukne waalon mein se nahi.., jhoot ka ban jao ghulam.

KJo, who is known to be friendly with the paparazzi, posed for them and moved on to go beyond the security check when he was notified about the procedure by one of the security personnel. The video of the episode was shared on Instagram by celebrity paparazzo Viral Bhayani.

On Friday, the 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham' director took to Instagram and shared a picture of himself in the company of Mohanlal from a private jet. While KJo donned loose-fitted clothes and looked funky, the senior superstar is seen wearing a green shirt paired with black denims in the picture. The superstar rounded up his look with matching green shoes and a pair of sunglasses.

The video starts off with KJo and Gauri sitting on blue and white couches, a centre table is placed in front of them with a lamp below the round and wired table. A huge potted plant stood between the couches near an open window.

Karan was born to film producers Yash Johar, and Hiroo Johar and made his directorial debut with 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai'. Later, he also directed 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham', 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna', 'My Name Is Khan', 'Student Of The Year', and many more. He shared that he wants his childhood to be shown in his biopic.

An exhibit of the same was seen on Tuesday night at the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) media event in Mumbai. The duo was on stage when both of them decided to bring their sassy sides out and diss each other in a fun banter in front of the media fraternity. As it was revealed that the two will be the hosts for the 'IIFA Rocks' event, KJo told Farah in jest that she has an impeccable fashion sense and she has taken 'giant leaps' in the fashion arena.

'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10' premiered on September 3 with 15 celebrity contestants, who were judged by Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit, filmmaker Karan Johar, and dancer-actress Nora Fatehi. Comedian Maniesh Paul hosted the show. During the finale, even as the contestants presented their best performances, 'Bhediya' cast members Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon appeared as celebrity guests.
