During his conversation on the Prairie Club Fire podcast with Adam Gilchrist and Michael Vaughan, Warner emphasized that the autobiography won't solely focus on controversies or settle scores but rather portray his journey, upbringing, and diverse experiences.

Warner, 37, played his final Test at the SCG, contributing to Australia's series sweep against Pakistan. Though he retired from ODIs, he remains available for T20Is and various T20 leagues worldwide.

In his illustrious career spanning 111 Tests since his debut in 2011, Warner has amassed an impressive 8695 runs with an average of 44.6.

Expressing his thoughts ahead of the World Test Championship final against India in June 2023, Warner contemplated retiring after the Australia-Pakistan Test at Sydney.

The 37-year-old veteran opener highlighted that the decision to retire from ODIs was made post the World Cup victory in India, where he played a pivotal role as Australia's leading run-scorer.

Reflecting on the series, Buttler stated, "It's hard to say when you've lost, but I think we've found out some good things."

Warner explained the 'shush' aimed at those creating headlines with stories about him, aligning with coach Justin Langer's stance on public praise versus private criticism.
