Issuing a notice to the respondents, Justice Yashwant Varma said there shall be a stay of the order till the next date of listing, and slated the matter for July 26. "The Court takes on board the undertaking of the petitioner that in case the present challenge ultimately fails, the amounts as due and payable in terms thereof shall be duly refunded," read the order dated April 12.
Delhi HC rejects Snapdeal's injunction against domain names with its trademark
As per Snapdeal's allegations, these domain names are infringing in nature, as the plaintiff is the registered proprietor of the "SNAPDEAL" trade mark. It is also alleged that such third parties are, through the websites operating under the said domain names, carrying out illegal activities, such as providing lucky draws etc. and are also, in certain cases, posing as customer care centres for the plaintiff's products.
NHSRCL opens technical bids for viaduct between Anand and Sabarmati
NHSRCL spokesperson Sushma Gaur said that the agency has opened technical bids for the design and construction of about 18 km of the viaduct between Anand and Sabarmati, a stretch that has 31 crossing bridges, including six steel truss bridges. The company had invited the technical bids for the project in October 2020. The process of evaluation of the bidders is underway.

National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) spokesperson Sushma Gaur in a statement said that the financial bids for procurement and fabrication of 28 steel bridges for crossing over railway lines, rivers, highways, road and other structures (P-4 Package) for the MAHSR Corridor were opened today.
