The new iOS 15.1.1, is an updated version of the iOS 15.1. The iOS 15.1.1 fixes the call drop performance issue on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 and the usual bug fixes. The users of iPhone 12 and 13 have recently experienced consistent dropped calls on their devices which prevented them from receiving incoming calls.
Apple, Google probed by UK over concerns of endangering children

Apple to roll out new online store for Self Service Repair in 2022

Self Service Repair will be available early next year in the US and expand to other countries throughout 2022. Jeff Williams, Apple's chief operating officer, said in a statement that creating greater access to Apple's genuine parts would give our customers even more choice if a repair was needed.

Apple wants US states to partially pay for digital ID cards rollout

According to a CNBC report citing documents, each state will have to "allocate reasonably sufficient personnel and resources to support the launch of the Programme on a timeline to be determined by Apple". Apple gets "sole discretion" over a number of aspects of the programme, including its device compatibility, the service's launch date, states' marketing campaigns, as well as how states report on the initiative's performance.

Foxconn expects supply-chain issues until second half of 2022

Amazon adds share clips feature for Prime Video users

The company said that the clips can be shared on social media or via direct message. "While watching an episode in the Prime Video app on your iOS mobile device, hit the 'Share a clip' button. This will pause the show and open a clip, edit and share screen," the company said in a blogpost. "Prime Video will generate a 30-second clip of what you just watched, and you will be able to move the clip forward or backward to fine-tune. You will also be able to preview it before sharing," it added.
