He further added that untill knowledge of technology percolates to bottom level of the system, it won't be possible to tackle modern-day criminals.
Amit Shah to attend 'PoJK Sankalp Rally' on May 8

The rally is being organised in Jammu on May 8 by Jammu and Kashmir People's Forum. The rally will be attended by the Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir refugees, who have settled in Jammu and Kashmir, and other states of the country. Shah's second visit to Jammu and Kashmir comes amid reports that the Union government proposes to hold Assembly elections in the Union Territory after completion of the delimitation exercise which will be followed by summary revision of electoral rolls.
Hindi should be an alternative language to English: Shah

Presiding over the 37th meeting of the Parliamentary Official Language Committee, he said "unless we make Hindi flexible by accepting words from other local languages, it will not be propagated". The Home Minister told members that now, 70 per cent of the agenda of the Cabinet is prepared in Hindi and over 22,000 Hindi teachers have been recruited in the eight states of northeast.
Bill to unify Delhi MCDs cleared by Parliament

MCD (Amendment) Bill, 2022, passed by the Lok Sabha on March 31, unifies the civic bodies "with an aim to provide greater transparency, improved governance and more efficient delivery of civic service for the people of Delhi". Replying to the debate on this Bill, Home Minister Amit Shah rejected the Opposition's claim that the Central government cannot bring this amendment and said that it was not against the federal structure as the National Capital Territory of Delhi is not a complete state.

Responding to opposition parties before starting the discussion on the Criminal Procedure (Identification) Bill, 2022, Union Minister Amit Shah said that he usually never gets angry. But when it comes to the Kashmir issue, he gets angry. He also added, that he never reprimanded anyone, his voice is loud which evoked laughter from the members of the House.
‘People of all religions should accept school dress code’: Amit Shah on Karnataka Hijab controversy

“It is my personal belief that people of all religions should accept the school’s dress code. And the issue is now in court, and the court is conducting its hearings on the matter. Whatever it decides should be followed by all,” HM Shah told Network18 in an interview. The matter is currently sub-judice in the Karnataka High Court. He also said that students must respect whatever decision the court makes.
Shah congratulates Delhi Police for 'fair probe' of Delhi riots

"I congratulate Delhi Police for the role it played during the Covid pandemic and the Delhi riots, particularly for fair and strict investigation of the riots," the Home Minister said at the 75th Raising Day parade of Delhi Police. Speaking at the virtual launch of the district good governance index in Jammu and Kashmir, Shah said, "Delimitation has started and elections will soon be held." He reiterated that he has given assurance in the Lok Sabha that as soon as the situation becomes normal in Jammu and Kashmir, statehood will be given back. He slammed some leaders for spreading false propaganda and alleged that they are doing so for their own political benefits.

Anguished over an unfortunate incident, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, "I express my deepest condolences to the families of those who have lost their lives." He said a high-level Special Investigation Team has been constituted by the state government and it will "thoroughly probe this incident to ensure justice to the bereaved families." A security force jawan was also killed in the incident.
