In this two-pronged partnership, Flipkart will work with Adani Logistics Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Limited, to strengthen Flipkart's supply chain infrastructure and further enhance its ability to serve its rapidly growing base of customers, said a statement.

With this, APSEZ will increase its stake from 75 per cent to 100 per cent in Krishnapatnam Port, the country's second-largest private-sector port. The acquisition will be completed by buying 25 per cent from Vishwa Samudra Holdings. Together with the 75 per cent ownership acquired in October 2020, the acquisition implies an enterprise value of Rs 13,675 crore implying an EV/FY21 EBITDA multiple of 10.3x.

The projects, commissioned in 2017, are located in the Medak District of Telangana and have long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with the Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited. The enterprise valuation of the target SPV is Rs 446 crore. With this acquisition, AGEL will increase its operating renewable capacity to 3,470 MW with a total renewable portfolio of 15,240 MW, Adani Green said in a statement.

The acquisition is valued at Rs 3,604 crore and subject to regulatory approvals. APSEZ, the transportation arm of Adani Group, had announced the acquisition of Warburg Pincus's 31.5 per cent stake in GPL on March 3 and together with this acquisition, APSEZ would have an 89.6 per cent stake in GPL.

The project is located in Telangana and was commissioned in October 2017 and has a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Southern Power Distribution Company in the state. With this acquisition, AGEL shall increase its operating renewable capacity of 3,395 MW with a total renewable portfolio of 14,865 MW. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary approvals and conditions.

The company has received a Letter of Intent from Sri Lanka's Ministry of Ports and Shipping and the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) for setting up the container terminal on a Build, Operate and Transfer basis for a period of 35 years on a public-private partnership basis.

With the acquisition, DPL has become the 12th port to join APSEZ's string of economic gateways across the eastern and western coast of India and would establish the company's footprint in Maharashtra

In a regulatory filing, Adani Enterprises said that AAHL has acquired 28.20 crore equity shares of MIAL. AAHL is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises. "Adani Airport Holdings Ltd has acquired 23.5 per cent equity stake i.e. 28,20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 of Mumbai International Airport Ltd from ACSA Global Ltd and Bid Services Division (Mauritius) Ltd," the filing said.
