Google adds VPN to iPhones using Google Fi plans
Previously announced on "Safer Internet Day" in February 2021, Google has now begun rolling out its VPN service to iPhone users. The VPN has been available on Android, where it has seen high usage on its Google Fi phone plans. Announced on the official Google Fi Twitter account, the new service is rolling out now, AppleInsider reported.
Microsoft warns hackers using call centres to trick users: Report
Via its Security Intelligence account on Twitter, the company warned users to not dial the call centre because following the instructions given by a human operator can lead to malware infections. The malware scam only works with Windows computers that have Microsoft Excel, TechXplore reported. The new threat involves BazarLoader, a type of malware that allows backdoor access to infected computers.

The new prompt warns users that the results they are seeing are changing quickly, and reads, in part, "If this topic is new, it can sometimes take time for results to be added by reliable sources."
