OLED displays to account for 3% of TV panel market in 2021

Global TV panel shipment reached 135.2 million units in the first half of the year, up 3.5 percent from a year earlier, and high-end OLED TV panels accounted for about 2.6 percent of them, or 3.55 million pieces over the period, according to market researcher TrendForce. It predicted OLED TV panel shipment to further grow throughout the remainder of the year to reach 8 million pieces.
Apple faces patent lawsuit over iPhone security tools: Report

Lodged in the patent holder-friendly US District Court for the Western District of Texas, the suit from Altpass LLC claims Apple's iPhone infringes on a pair of patents that detail methods of creating digital signatures that can later be used for user authentication. This can include passcode and password creation, as well as Face ID technology, the complaint alleges.

In more than two-thirds of the countries that studied enforced lockdowns, music streaming volume declined significantly after the lockdowns took effect.
