Ola begins delivery of its e-scooter 'S1'
The company said that special events were organised for the first 100 customers in Bengaluru and Chennai for the deliveries of Ola S1 and S1 Pro e-scooters. "Today is a landmark day for those who have joined the revolution with us as we begin our deliveries of Ola S1. We are working hard to ramp up the production at the Ola Futurefactory to get the scooters in the hands of our customers as per their delivery windows," Varun Dubey, Chief Marketing Officer, Ola Electric.

Manish Maheshwari confirms he is leaving Twitter
In a series of tweets, Maheshwari said that after close to three years, he is leaving Twitter to dedicate himself to education and teaching and will open the edtech startup, to be named Invact. "While it is with a heavy heart that I leave Twitter, I am excited about the impact that can be created globally through education," he said. "Our vision is a high-quality and socially immersive learning experience for everyone, delivered to them wherever they are, at a price they can afford. I am looking forward to your support as we build the team and raise the funds to deliver on this #Metaversity vision," Maheshwari tweeted.
YouTube TV warns users it could lose Disney's channels
The company said that it is now in negotiations with Disney to continue distributing their content on YouTube TV. "Our deal will expire on Friday, December 17, 2021. We have not yet been able to reach an equitable agreement, so we want to give you a heads-up so that you can understand your choices," the company said in a blogpost. "Disney is an important partner for us. We are in active conversations with them and are working hard to keep their content.
iPhone 14 Pro variants to sport 48MP camera, 8GB RAM: Report
In a research note, obtained by MacRumors, analyst Jeff Pu said the two Pro models will be equipped with a triple-lens rear camera system with an upgraded 48MP Wide lens and 12MP Ultra Wide and Telephoto lenses. "This lines up with information shared by TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who in April claimed that the 48MP lens will support 8K video recording," reports MacRumors.

Shopsy by Flipkart lauches e-grocery in 700 cities
On Tuesday, Indian e-commerce company Flipkart announced that it has started offering grocery as a category on its platform. Meanwhile e-grocery platforms doing good business in India. Flipkarts's Shopsy will offer groceries to customers in around 700 cities. Shopsy will deal in over 6,000 products across 230 categories.

WhatsApp blocks third-party apps from seeing online details
As per a report by WABetaInfo, some third party apps from Google Play Store on Android and Apple App Store on iOS can access data from the app to log 'online' status time and 'Last Seen' time. WhatsApp has now introduced some safeguards to stop such apps from accessing such data. In addition, WhatsApp is also working on a feature that will enable users to restrict certain information including their 'Last Seen' and profile picture from specific contacts.
