Shaheen Afridi Expresses Joy and Gratitude Following the Birth of Son Aliyaar

He said, "This moment changes everything! My heart is full and my life just got a whole lot better. 24/08/2024 will always be special to us. Welcome to the world my son, Aliyaar Afridi. I will forever be thankful to my wife for all the pain and suffering she had to endure. She is literally the support system of our little family. I am grateful for all the lovely wishes and prayers coming our way. Remember my little family in your prayers," Shaheen writes in the post. Shaheen was part of the Pakistan squad in the ongoing Test series against Bangladesh. He, along with the rest of the team, had gone to Karachi after the humiliating 10-wicket defeat in Rawalpindi. However, Shaheen will join the squad before the commencement of the second Test against Bangladesh starting in Rawalpindi from 30 August.

The main fast bowler of Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, recently had been found showing much jubilation and thankfulness after the birth of his first son, Aliyaar, to Ansha Afridi. Shaheen sought to air everything on social media by thanking all supporters for the warm wishes and appreciative messages on his newly born.

On the other hand, Shaheen reportedly got engaged to Shahid Afridi's second-oldest daughter, Ansha, back in 2021. The private nikah was held this February in 2022 with a whole week of wedding events and Ansha's rukhsati will be in September 2023.
