Following a bold shooting incident at the residence of Bollywood icon Salman Khan, investigations have uncovered that the motorcycle utilized by the assailants hails from the neighboring Raigad district. CCTV footage has revealed the Raigad registration plate on the motorcycle, prompting authorities to track its origins, whether it was sold legitimately, reported missing, or stolen.
Efforts to identify the attackers have led to the recognition of one individual as Vishal from Gurugram, and the other from Rajasthan, both purportedly associated with the Rohit Godara gang. Vishal, known as Kalu, has a criminal record, having served time in Delhi's Tihar Jail for thefts in 2020. While the police have identified the second shooter, they have refrained from disclosing further details at this stage.
The unsettling incident occurred at approximately 5 a.m. on Sunday, shocking Mumbai residents with four bullets fired at Salman Khan's residence in Galaxy Apartments, Bandra west. Shortly after, Anmol Bishnoi, brother of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the attack via social media, labeling it as a warning to Salman Khan. He ominously hinted that future actions would directly target the actor, emphasizing the seriousness of the threat.
Anmol Bishnoi's social media post, purportedly representing other members of the 'Bishnoi group' such as Goldy Brar, Rohit Godara, and Kala Jathedi, conveyed a clear message to Salman Khan, warning him against further provocation. The post, signed off with 'Jai Shri Ram', underscored the gravity of the situation and the resolve of those involved.
Salman Khan and his family have been grappling with death threats from Punjab-based mafia groups like the Bishnoi gang for several years. These threats intensified following the 1998 blackbuck poaching incident in Rajasthan, implicating Salman Khan.
