Pant's early exposure to gymnastics proved to be a valuable asset during his recovery, according to Nishanta Bordoloi, the NCA's strength and conditioning coach. "Rishabh's background in gymnastics proved to be a tremendous advantage for us. His natural agility and adaptability enabled him to navigate through challenging moments," Bordoloi remarked.

The initial focus of Pant's rehabilitation regimen was to rebuild his foundational strength and reestablish familiarity with basic movements. "The process involved a complete reconstruction of his physical capabilities, requiring a harmonious coordination between mind and body," Bordoloi elaborated.
