Pardeep Narwal, scored a whopping 22 points to help the U.P. Yoddhas defeat Dabang Delhi K.C. 50-31 on the night. Narwal was off the mark with a flyer for the Yoddhas and Naveen Kumar picked up Delhi's first points. However, the early exchanges were keenly contested, with neither team conceding space, and the defences holding strong. However, the Yoddhas inched ahead midway through the first half.

Alex Hales, Ateeq Javid reprimanded over historic social media posts
Hales was reprimanded by the CDC over an old photo of him in "blackface" at a student party, which was published by a national newspaper last year. The opener, who issued a public apology when the photo was published by The Sun last year, questioned the need for "repeated publication of these old matters" during the CDC's investigation but Chris Tickle, the adjudicator, ruled that "the interests of transparency should prevail".

Shi will next face his countryman Weng Hongyang, who outplayed New Zealand's Ricky Cheng 21-11, 21-16 in the first round of the BWF World Tour Super 300 event. FIFA World Cup: Kolo Muani to replace injured striker Nkunku in French squad
"The FIFA Medical Committee has endorsed the withdrawal of Christopher Nkunku due to injury," the French Football Federation (FFF) said in a statement. "The national coach has decided to call on Randal Kolo Muani." The 25-year-old Nkunku injured his left knee during training on Tuesday when he collided with Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.
IPL 2023: Wasim Jaffer re-appointed as Punjab Kings batting coach, Langeveldt named fast bowling coach
The 44-year-old had stepped down as the PBKS batting coach ahead of the IPL 2022 mega-auction earlier this year. He had joined the Punjab Kings (then Kings XI Punjab) back in 2019 and had previously worked with the side for three seasons. Anwesha, the 14-year-old from Delhi who has won four junior titles in six finals this year, dominated the match, winning 42 out of the 62 rallies played. She won six consecutive points and never allowed her opponent to get into a good rhythm.
