Djokovic, who had reached Australia with a certificate claiming exemption from vaccination as he had tested positive for Covid-19 in December, had his visa cancelled by the Australian government before a Federal Court in the country intervened to give him respite. There were still doubts over his participation in the event and there was intense speculation on Thursday when the draw for the event was delayed for some time. However, the organisers went ahead with the formalities on Thursday with the Serbian's name being included in the draw.

Hockey India moves Delhi HC against RTI seeking its financial records
In the plea moved by the apex hockey body, it was stated that Subhash Aggarwal had sought information through RTI with regard to salary and address of employees of Hockey India, monthly rent details of its premises taken on lease, signatories of bank accounts, records relating to fund transfer by the Hockey India to bank accounts in foreign countries and information on its cash withdrawals.
ICC U-19 WC: Schedule revised after Afghanistan's late arrival in Caribbean
"After successfully obtaining the necessary visas for travel, Afghanistan will arrive in the West Indies and undergo their required quarantine period," the ICC said in a statement. The changes in the schedule were approved by the Event Technical Committee which comprises Chris Tetley, ICC Head of Events (Chair); Ben Leaver, ICC Senior Event Manager; Fawwaz Baksh, Tournament Director; Roland Holder, WICB Representative; Alan Wilkins and Russel Arnold.
