Star power couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have joyously shared the news of their second child's arrival, a baby boy, and introduced him to the world as 'Akaay'.
Taking to their Instagram handles to spread the delightful news, the couple expressed their overflowing happiness and love, stating, “With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are thrilled to announce that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay, who is now Vamika's little brother, into this world! We seek your blessings and good wishes during this beautiful time in our lives. We kindly request you to respect our privacy at this moment. Love & Gratitude. Virat & Anushka.”
The couple had kept Anushka's second pregnancy under wraps, maintaining a veil of secrecy until now. However, a circulating video had sparked speculation, capturing the actress sporting a baby bump while strolling alongside her cricketer husband.
Anushka and Virat, affectionately known as 'Virushka' by their fans, exchanged vows in a private ceremony in Italy in December 2017.
In 2021, they welcomed their first child, a daughter named Vamika, into their lives.
