The Bihar BJP President and Deputy Chief Minister, Samrat Choudhary, took a swipe at the dynastic politics practiced by RJD National President, Lalu Prasad Yadav, during a media interaction in Patna on Tuesday. Choudhary questioned Yadav's political approach, specifically regarding his remaining five daughters who have not yet entered politics.
"Lalu Prasad Yadav has introduced his two sons and two daughters into politics. The question remains, when will he bring the remaining five sisters into the political arena?" Choudhary remarked, highlighting the continued expansion of Yadav's family within the political landscape.
Choudhary's comments coincided with the commencement of Rohini Acharya's campaign in the Saran Lok Sabha constituency, where she is contesting against BJP's Rajiv Pratap Rudy.
"The people of Bihar are closely observing Lalu Prasad Yadav's familial involvement in politics. There's a palpable lack of trust in his leadership. Our electoral campaign is anchored in the credibility of Prime Minister Modi, as the people of the nation repose their trust in him," Choudhary asserted, emphasizing the contrast between the BJP's approach and the perceived nepotism within the RJD.
Choudhary further announced Prime Minister Modi's scheduled rally in Jamui and affirmed the BJP's confidence in securing victory across all 40 seats in Bihar.
"As part of the rally preparations, PM Modi will address a gathering in Jamui. Our comprehensive campaign strategy reflects our commitment to winning all 40 seats in Bihar," Choudhary concluded, underlining the party's determination ahead of the upcoming elections.
