On Thursday, BJP President J P Nadda unveiled the party's campaign theme song for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, accompanied by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Hindi song underscores Modi's track record in delivering on promises and realizing the aspirations of the people during a challenging period for the nation. The lyrics emphasize, "sapne nahi haqiqat bunte hain, tabhi toh sab Modi ko chunte hain" (weaving reality, not dreams, that's why everyone chooses Modi).
The party clarified that the song reflects the prevalent public sentiment, strongly anchored in "Modi ki guarantee." Nadda officially launched the song during an event where Prime Minister Modi engaged with young voters virtually.
Nadda asserted, "Modi transforms dreams into reality, ensuring the fulfillment of promises and dreams that span generations. Dreams from decades ago, or even extending back 500 years, have been realized by him." Party leaders disclosed that several related campaigns are in the pipeline, all aligned with the same theme. A lively and engaging song is set to be released shortly, accompanied by a strategic rollout of digital hoardings, banners, films, and commercials in stages, as outlined by a BJP spokesperson.
"Each of these initiatives will build the case for Modi's accomplishments across different sectors, highlighting his commitment to fulfilling promises. This, in turn, positions him as the natural choice for the people, time and again," the spokesperson added.
