UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres sends his heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the start of his third term and looks forward to working very closely with him, his spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said on Monday. Dujarric congratulated the people of India and the government for holding elections of such a large scale that are unmatched anywhere in the world.
