Sukesh Chandrashekhar Challenges CM Kejriwal: Legal Action Initiated Against AAP Leader

In his correspondence, he refutes the allegations made by AAP representative Priyanka Kakkar and accuses the Delhi government, particularly Minister Kailash Gehlot and the imprisoned Satyendar Jain, of maladministration and graft linked to jail management.

Suspected swindler Sukesh Chandrashekhar, presently held in Delhi’s Mandoli Jail, has penned a three-page missive directed to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

In his correspondence, he refutes the allegations made by AAP representative Priyanka Kakkar and accuses the Delhi government, particularly Minister Kailash Gehlot and the imprisoned Satyendar Jain, of maladministration and graft linked to jail management.

“Respected Kejriwal Ji, upon reading the recent remarks made by your uninformed spokesperson, Mrs. Priyanka Kakkar, I couldn’t help but marvel at where you unearth such individuals who blatantly exhibit their ignorance of their surroundings and merely parrot scripted lines,” he expressed.

The letter enumerates specific claims of extortion and misconduct within the jail premises, implicating high-ranking officials in these activities.

It challenges the government’s assertions and narratives regarding the management of prisons like Tihar, Rohini, and Mandoli, asserting that these facilities are indeed under the purview of the Delhi government, contrary to public perception.

Moreover, it references legal measures taken against Priyanka Kakkar for her statements, with a warning of more legal action to follow.

“Priyanka Ji, I trust you’ve received my legal notification, but this is just the beginning; much more is coming your way legally,” the statement declares.

Chandrashekhar also alludes to purported evidence in his possession, including WhatsApp conversations and other recordings, which he claims will uncover corruption and coercive tactics employed by Gehlot and Jain.

“Furthermore, Priyanka Ji, to begin with, the alleged protection money of Rs. 10 Crore and Rs. 50 Crore extorted and paid by me was directed to Satyender Jain in his then capacity as the Jail Minister, as per instructions from Mr. Sandeep Goel, then DG Prison,” Chandrashekhar asserts.

The statement demands accountability and transparency from the Delhi government, censuring its management of jails and purported misuse of authority by its officials.

“So, Priyanka Ji, while repeatedly branding me as a notorious conman, why not question your Kejriwal Ji and Jain Saab on why they were contentedly utilizing my services, primarily my funds, since 2015? Have some dignity; you cannot deceive the people of India, especially Delhi, any longer. Everyone knows who the real OG Conman is, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal,” he concludes.

The alleged conman also pledges to disclose further details and evidence to substantiate his claims in the future.

Priyanka Kakkar had recently remarked, “The vengeful and vindictive politics of BJP has stooped to such depths that the word of a notorious conman is now believed and upheld as absolute truth against someone who introduced Delhi's renowned Mohalla Clinic concept to the world.”

Chandrashekhar is the primary accused in a Rs 200 crore extortion case.
