Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has quashed rumors circulating about his son, State Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Udayanidhi Stalin, being promoted to the position of Deputy Chief Minister. In an official statement, the Chief Minister clarified that Udayanidhi Stalin himself has denied these speculations, emphasizing that all ministers under the Chief Minister are considered his deputies.
Stalin, who also serves as the President of the DMK, attributed the spread of such rumors to an attempt to dampen the enthusiasm surrounding the party's youth wing conference. The statement highlighted that false information had been disseminated regarding the Chief Minister's health, affirming that he is in good health and actively working for the welfare of the people in the state. This announcement aims to put an end to unfounded speculations and assure the public of the Chief Minister's well-being and commitment to his responsibilities.
