Rebel JD-U MP Sunil Kumar Pintu recently expressed disappointment with the outcome of the fourth INDIA bloc meeting, labeling it a "super flop." According to Pintu, the opposition leaders convened in New Delhi but failed to reach any substantial decisions. He highlighted the absence of discussions regarding seat sharing, indicating a lack of progress during the meeting.

Earlier, following the recent state election victory by the BJP, Pintu, representing Sitamarhi as a JD-U MP, had lauded PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. This praise was accompanied by criticisms directed at the Bihar Chief Minister.

Neeraj Kumar, a JD-U MLC, urged Pintu to step down from both the party and his post amidst these diverging opinions and actions within the party.
